A day in the life…
As Patient Support Program Summer Associate you will report to the Head, Patient Support Programs (PSP) and will be responsible for supporting the PSP team in an assessment of all patient support program materials. This position is hybrid and will occasionally be based out of the Bayer Mississauga office for the duration of May – August. In this position you will work with the PSP team, cross function partners and other key internal stakeholders to ensure all patient support program materials are within the parameters of the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP). You will also support the PSP team in updating and executing the SOP checklist and identify any gaps or deficiencies within the program checklists as well as prepare a final report summarizing findings.

You are an undergraduate student who has completed year 3 of program study with a focus in science, engineering, business, or related fields.
You can be a team player and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders.
You have strong computer skills including knowledge in Outlook, Microsoft office, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
You can learn quickly and apply new knowledge adequately.
You are organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
You have effective time and project management skills to work with competing priorities and shifting timelines.
You have strong, verbal, written and presentation skills.
