A day in the life…
As a Market Access Summer Associate, you will work closely with several market access professionals and be responsible for assigned tasks that support reimbursement strategy development, submissions to public and private payers, and some pricing and contracts work. This position is Hybrid and will work out of the Mississauga office from May – August. As a Market Access Summer Associate, you will become an integral part of a team that is responsible for unlocking public and private coverage for Bayer’s pharmaceutical products, with opportunities for informal and formal training, mentorship, and participation in team meetings.
What you bring to the table…
You are currently an undergraduate student who has completed year 1, 2 or 3 of your study program.
You have strong computer skills including knowledge in Outlook, Microsoft office, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
You can learn quickly and apply new knowledge adequately and display initiative.
You work well with a variety of internal stakeholders to accomplish team goals through collaboration, communication, and innovation.
You have effective time and project management skills to work with competing priorities and shifting timelines.
You have strong organizational and administrative skills.
